We want to make your pregnancy experience easier and safer. If you are pregnant, One Million Babies will give you personalized information based on your pregnancy and personal information you enter.
It is developed by a team consisting of a midwife, obstetrician and professor from Karolinska Institutet who researches pregnancy. They have developed unique algorithms for One Million Babies that make it possible to get personalized information about your pregnancy. You enter values about yourself and your pregnancy so the app can calculate:
1) What you should eat during pregnancy,
2) When you should start working,
3) How much exercise you should have and if you should start now,
4) How much you should drink and how often you should visit the doctor,
5) The amount of alcohol you should drink and when you should have a drink,
6) What medicine you should take and how often you should take it,
7) How much sleep you should have and how often you should have a lie-down,
8) How much you should eat and drink every day,
9) The best time to have a baby,
10) The best time to get pregnant,
11) The most common questions and answers,
12) The most common signs and symptoms,
13) A list of hospitals in your area,
14) And more.
The app is free and you do not need to pay for anything.
The app is a tool that gives you access to accurate information.
